Fair Meetings. Across Every Time Zone.
Someone on your team is always taking the 3am call. TimeDate tracks who's sacrificing so you can finally rotate the burden fairly.
Your global team has a hidden burnout problem
The 3am Caller
Someone in Singapore is always on the late call. It's not discussed. It festers. Over time, it becomes a retention risk.
The Calendar Privilege
New York picks 9am. It's 10pm in Tokyo. No one objects. The loudest timezone wins by default.
The Invisible Debt
Nobody tracks who has sacrificed. The same people keep taking the hit. Your fairness debt grows silently.

Questions
How is TimeDate different from Calendly or When2meet?
Calendly finds a free slot. When2meet finds an available overlap. TimeDate scores every slot for fairness β who's sacrificing, by how much, and who has sacrificed before. It's the only tool that tracks meeting burden over time.
Does my whole team need to create accounts?
No. The Meeting Fairness Engine works fully in your browser with no accounts. The Team plan adds cloud persistence and sharing β useful once your team is relying on the history data.
What time zones are supported?
All 500+ IANA time zones, with live DST handling. TimeDate updates automatically when clocks change anywhere in the world.
Is there an API for integrating into our internal tools?
Yes. TimeDate has a REST API with a find_meeting_time endpoint that accepts participant time zones and returns ranked fair meeting slots. There's also an MCP server for LLM integrations. See the developers page.
